NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF PROPOSALS FOR THE ALTERATION OF A STRUCTURE PLAN
HERTFORDSHIRE STRUCTURE PLAN ALTERATIONS 2001-2016, DEPOSIT DRAFT VERSION FEBRUARY 2003

Hertfordshire County Council has prepared proposals for the alteration of the above plan. If, and when, these proposals are adopted they will form part of the development plan for the area of Hertfordshire County Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposals, should be sent in writing to: The Director of Environment, Hertfordshire County Council (ref FPU), County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford SG13 8DN, Hertfordshire, by 5.00 pm on Wednesday 16 April 2003. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals. Only those objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 6 week period ending on 16 April 2003 will have the right to have their objections considered. Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals If no objections to the proposals are received during the period given for making objections, Hertfordshire County Council intends to adopt the proposals on the expiry of that period.
