The Liquidator of Global i Limited, gives notice, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that he intends to declare a First and Final Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the Company within a period of 4 months from 28 March 2003. Creditors, who have not already done so, must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, Antony Robert Fanshawe, of 41 Castle Way, Southampton SO14 2BW, by the date mentioned above, which is the last day for submitting claims.
