THE LONDON BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO 3, 1997) (AMENDMENT NO ) TRAFFIC ORDER 200
OVERTON DRIVE—OVERNIGHT ROAD CLOSURE

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, propose to make the above-mentioned Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The general effect of the Order will be to revoke that part of the London Borough of Redbridge (Prescribed Routes) (No 3) Traffic Order 1997 insofar as it prohibits motorists from passing through the section of Overton Drive located 25 metres west of its junction with St Mary’s Avenue between the hours of 10.00 pm and 7.30 am each day. 3. Copies of the Order, together with a plan of the area and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order may be inspected between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, at the Information Centre, Lynton House, 225-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NY. 4. Any person wishing to object to or make representations on the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection or representation and the grounds thereof to TMO Services, 4 Snell Gardens, Herne Bay, Kent CT6 7SU, quoting Ref LBR/04A, by no later than 27 March 2003.
