Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 17 December 2002, Morgan Stanley Private Markets Fund I LP transferred to PCI III GP Limited 18.75 percent (including a capital contribution of euro 15) of the interest held by it in Procuritas Capital Investors III ‘A’ LP (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP7903.
