Limited will be held at 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, on Monday 17 March 2003, at 11.00 am, for the purposes provided for in sections 98 and 100. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of Phillips & Co, 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, on the two business days falling next before the day of the Meeting. Creditors should be aware that Resolutions will be taken at the Meeting specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated.
