At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held at 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting the Company could not by reason of its liabilities continue its business and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly, that the Company be, and is hereby, wound up voluntarily, and that Lynn Gibson and Robert David Hewitt, both of 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD, be, and are hereby, appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and they are able to act jointly and severally.” E Richardson, Chairman
