LINCOLNSHIRE LOCAL FLOOD DEFENCE DISTRICT

GENERAL DRAINAGE CHARGE

Notice is hereby given that the Board of the Environment Agency at its meeting on 24 February 2003 adopted for the year ending 31 March 2004, a General Drainage Charge of 303.19 pence per hectare of chargeable land for the Lincolnshire Local Flood Defence District.

Note: “Chargeable Land” means agricultural land and agricultural buildings in so much of the Lincolnshire Local Flood Defence District as does not fall within an internal drainage district, excluding rough grazing land and woodlands other than commercial woodlands.
