NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Four Oaks Nurseries Ltd, Farm Lane, Lower Withington, near Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 9DU, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 2568003092 which authorises the abstraction of water from area of land at Farm Lane Lower Withington at/between National Grid Refs SJ 8034 7044, SJ 8026 7042, SJ 8027 7052, SJ 8031 7054, SJ 8029 7073, SJ 8044 7051, at Four Oaks Nurseries Ltd, Farm Lane Lower Withington, Macclesfield Cheshire. The variations being applied for are to take over the licence from Four Oaks Group Ltd. A copy of the applications and any map, plans and other documents submitted with them may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours, at Four Oaks Nurseries Ltd, Farm Lane, Lower Withington, between 28 Feburary 2003 and 28 March 2003. Any person who wishes to make representations about the applications should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Appleton House, 430 Birchwood Boulevard, Birchwood Warrington WA3 7WD, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
