THE A420 TRUNK ROAD (FYFIELD TO TUBNEY WOOD, OXFORDSHIRE) (50 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2003

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he made this Order on 26 February 2003, coming into force on 10 March 2003, on the A420 Trunk Road in the district of Vale of White Horse in the county of Oxfordshire. The notice of the proposal to make it (Ref HA 028/003/102) was published in issue No 56772 of The London Gazette on 4 December 2002 and the effect of the Order is as described in that notice. Copies of the made Order and of a plan illustrating the effect of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Oxfordshire County Council, County Hall, New Road, Oxford, and during opening hours at Fyfield Post Office, Main Road, Fyfield, Abingdon, Oxfordshire. They may also be obtained by application to the Highways Agency, Operations Directorate South West, Zone 2/03K, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6HA, or e-mailing frank.hauxwell@highways.gsi.gov.uk, quoting Ref HA 028/003/102. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or of any regulations made thereunder, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks from 26 February 2003, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or any provision contained therein.
