THE A36 TRUNK ROAD (SKEW BRIDGE IMPROVEMENT) (SIDE ROADS) ORDER 2003

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made the following Order: 1. An Order under section 14 of the Highways Act 1980, in relation to the A36 Trunk Road junction with Brick Lane at Skew Bridge, Bemerton, Salisbury, in the county of Wiltshire which will: (1) authorise him to: (a) improve a highway, (b) stop up a highway, (c) construct a new highway. Copies of the Order, plans and the associated documents, which the Secretary of State has published in relation to the improvement, stopping-up, and construction of a highway referred to in the made Order numbered 1 above, may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours from 5 March 2003 until 16 April 2003 at the offices of: The Highways Agency, Room 2/07K, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6HA; Wiltshire County Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 8JN; Salisbury District Council, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 5UZ; Salisbury Library, Market Place, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BL. Any person aggrieved by an Order mentioned in this notice and who wishes to question its validity, or the validity of any provision in it, on the grounds that: (a) it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980; or (b) any requirement of that Act or of regulations made under that Act has not been complied with in relation to that Order, may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
