(formerly known as Woodsley Health Centre) Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Drs Thomas Stephen O’Shea, David Lyndon Watson, John David Russell, Farakh Jamil Sadiq, Julie Helen Marsden and Anne Patricia Bell carrying on business under the style or firm name of The Hyde Park Surgery (formerly known as Woodsley Health Centre) has been dissolved as from 31 January 2003, so far as concerns Julie Helen Marsden and Anne Patricia Bell who retire from the said firm. All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Thomas Stephen O’Shea, David Lyndon Watson, John David Russell and Farakh Jamil Sadiq who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm name of The Hyde Park Surgery. 31 January 2003.
