Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of Martin Sklan & Co., 133 Golders Green Road, London NW11 8HJ, on Monday 31 March 2003, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted to date, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and records of the Company shall be disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder needs not be a Member or Creditor of the Company and proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 133 Golders Green Road, London NW11 8HJ, no later than 4.00 pm on the business day before the Meetings.
