Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Royce Peeling Green, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, on Tuesday 1 April 2003, at 10.00 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be lodged at Royce Peeling Green, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, not later than 12.00 noon on Monday 31 March 2003.
