Notice is hereby given that the entire interest of Portfolio Holdings (Investments) L.P. held in respect of its position as a Limited Partner in Portfolio Ventures (Reading) LP (a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP6466) was contributed by a Deed of Contribution dated 28 February 2003 to Portfolio Ventures (Reading) III L.P. (a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP8553) with the consequence that Portfolio Ventures (Reading GP IV) Limited (incorporated and registered in England and Wales under Company No 4531144 the registered office of which is at 3rd Floor, Liscartan House, 127 Sloane Street, London SW1X 9BA) has become a new Limited Partner in Portfolio Ventures (Reading) L.P.
