In the High Court of Justice  No 341 of 1999 JOHN THOMAS KING Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that I, Keith David Goodman, of Leonard Curtis & Co, One Great Cumberland Place, London W1H 7LW, the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above-named, intend to pay a First and Final Dividend to the preferential Creditors within 4 months from the last date for proving given below. Preferential Creditors who have not submitted a proof of debt are required to do so to the address given above on or before 30 March 2003, the last date for proving. I will only admit claims for Dividend that have been submitted on a Proof of Debt. This form can be supplied on request from the Trustee’s offices, and, where appropriate, should be supported by documentary evidence of the claim. Any Creditor who has not proved a debt on or before the last date for proving (30 March 2003) is not entitled to disturb the Dividend, by reason that he has not participated in it.
