A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of obtaining Creditors’ sanction to the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account, obtaining Creditors’ sanction to the Liquidator’s final report, obtaining Creditors’ sanction to the Liquidator’s release.
