Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD18 0GX, on 7 April 2003, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator, shall be disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD18 0GX, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding business day.
