Notice is hereby given, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of KPMG, 8 Princes Parade, Liverpool L3 1QH, on 10 April 2003, at 11.00 am, for the purposes of having an account laid by the Liquidator (pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in the Member’s stead. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member.
