BRIMPSFIELD HERD LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, convened and held at 30 Reading Road South, Fleet, Hampshire, on 19 February 2003, at 11.30 am, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Robert James Thompson of Rendell Thompson, 30 Reading Road South, Fleet, Hampshire GU52 7QL, be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up; and that the Liquidator be allowed to distribute the assets in specie where necessary.” J A Vigors, Director
