NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF A REVISED WASTE LOCAL PLAN FOR KINGSTON UPON HULL AND THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE

Kingston upon Hull City Council and the East Riding of Yorkshire Council have revised the above plan. If, and when, the revised plan is adopted, it will form part of the development plan for the area of Kingston upon Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting these areas.
Copies of the revised plan are available for public inspection at the following locations, free of charge:

Kingston House, Bond Street, Hull HU1 3ER, between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am to 4.30 pm Friday.
The Guildhall, Alfred Gelder Street, Hull HU1 2AA, between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.
All Hull Public Libraries during normal opening hours.
All East Riding Customer Service Centres, as follows:
Anlaby, 17 Hull Road.
Beverley, Cross Street.
Bridlington, Town Hall, Quay Road.
Cottingham, Civic Hall, Market Green.

Objections to, and representations in respect of, the revised plan should be sent in writing to the Development Plans Team, Planning Services, Kingston House, Bond Street, Hull HU1 3ER, before 12.00 noon, on Monday 14 April 2003. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the plan. Objections may be made only in respect of those parts of the plan which have been revised since the original plan was made available on 21 March 2001.
Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 6 week period ending on 14 April 2003 will have a right to have their objections considered at a local inquiry or other hearing.

Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals

If no objections to the plan are received during the period given for making objections, Kingston upon Hull City Council and the East Riding of Yorkshire Council intend to adopt the plan on the expiry of that period.
