NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A CONSENT TO DISCHARGE

Notice is given, as required by Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that the following applications have been made to the Environment Agency, South West Region.
South West Water has applied for variation of an existing Consent to Discharge from Woodbury Sewage Treatment Works at Woodbury, Devon. The Company wishes to increase the consented Dry Weather Flow at the works to take into account a significant increase in the connected population since the original consent was issued.

Details of the application are contained in the Register held by the Agency in its office at Exminster House, Miller Way, Exminster, Devon EX6 8AS and may be inspected, free of charge, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive. Enquiries by telephone may be made on 01392 444000, ext 2454.
