Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Ian Michael Kenny and Albert Edward Mason carrying on business as a Bingo Club at King Street, Dawley, Telford, Shropshire, under the style or firm of The Royal Bingo Club, has been dissolved as from 3 February 2003, so far as it concerns the said Albert Edward Mason who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Ian Michael Kenny who will continue to carry on the said business as Sole Proprietor under the style or firm of The Royal Bingo Club.
