In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 434 of 2003 In the Matter of SHIRLEY BAGSHAW AND JOHN BAGSHAW and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Shirley Bagshaw and John Bagshaw, a Partnership, whose principal place of business is The Duke Hotel, Hilmarton, Calne, Wiltshire SN11 8SD, presented on 23 January 2003 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise whose office is situate at Civil Recovery Unit, HM Customs and Excise, 3NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 19 March 2003, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
