LIMITED PARTNERSHIP ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 22 January 2003, DB Capital Partners General Partner Limited assigned all of the interest held by it in DB Capital Partners (Europe) 2002 LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP8469, (the “Partnership”), to DBCP Europe GP (Jersey) Limited consequent upon the retirement of DB Capital Partners General Partner Limited and the appointment of DBCP Europe GP (Jersey) Limited, and that, with effect from such date, DB Capital Partners General Partner Limited ceased to be General Partner of the Partnership and DBCP Europe GP (Jersey) Limited became General Partner of the Partnership.
