SECTION 116, HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

Take notice that Birmingham City Council, being the Highway Authority for the City of Birmingham, intends to apply to Sutton Coldfield Magistrates’ Court sitting at The Court House, Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield, on 5 March 2003, at 10.00 am, for an Order that part of the highway in Wylde Green Road, Sutton Coldfield comprising a generally triangular shaped piece of land on the north side of Wylde Green Road immediately to the west of Plants Brook and is currently incorporated into the front garden of Vesey House and measuring approximately 80 metres in length and 13 metres in width as shown hatched black on plan number DA1/4/0055 be authorised to be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary.
The effect of the said Order is shown on the plan which may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Council’s Legal Services Department, Ingleby House, 11-14 Cannon Street, Birmingham B2 5EN, on weekdays during normal office hours.
