STRATFORD-ON-AVON DISTRICT LOCAL PLAN
NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF REVISED PROPOSALS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A LOCAL PLAN
Stratford-on-Avon District Council have revised the proposals for the replacement of the above plan. If, and when, these revised proposals are adopted they will form part of the development plan for the area of Stratford-on-Avon District. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the revised proposals are available for public inspection, free of charge, at the following locations: Stratford-on-Avon District Council Offices, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Monday to Wednesday, 8.45 am to 5.15 pm and Thursday and Friday 8.45 am to 5.00 pm; Alcester Area Office, Globe House, Priory Road, Alcester, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm; Shipston-on-Stour Area Office, 44 Telegraph Street, Shipston-on-Stour, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm; Southam Area Office, The Grange, Coventry Road, Southam, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. The plan is also available for inspection at all public libraries and mobile libraries in the District during normal opening hours. Objections to, and representations in respect of, the revised proposals should be sent in writing to the address given below before 5.00 pm on Thursday 13 March 2003. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals. Objections may only be made in respect of those parts of the proposals which have been revised since the original proposals were made available on 31 January 2002. Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 6 week period ending on Thursday 13 March 2003 will have a right to have their objections considered at a local inquiry or other hearing. Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals If no objections to the proposals are received during the period given for making objections Stratford-on-Avon District Council intend to adopt the proposals on the expiry of that period.
