THE A14/U3124 TRIMLEY ENTRY SLIP ROAD (LEVINGTON LINK ROAD) TRUNK ROAD ORDER 200
The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he proposes to make the following Order: 1. An Order under section 10 of the Highways Act 1980, which will provide that the A14/U3124 Trimley Entry Slip Road, 20 metres west of the centre line of the A14/U3124 Junction at Trimley St Martin in the county of Suffolk to a point where it joins the A14 westbound main carriageway, in a north-westerly direction, a distance of 527 metres shall become trunk road from the date when the Order comes into force. Copies of the draft Order and the plans referred to in them may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours from 22 January 2003 until 27 February 2003, or within 6 weeks from that date of first publication of this notice if that period expires later, at the Highways Agency, Information Point, Ground Floor, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3HW; at the offices of the Highways Agency, Operations Directorate, Heron House, 49-53 Goldington Road, Bedford MK40 3LL; of Suffolk County Council, St Edmund House, County Hall, Ipswich IP4 1LZ and of Suffolk Coastal District Council, Council Offices, Melton Hall, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1AU; and at Felixstowe Library, Crescent Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk IP11 7BY. Any person may object to the making of this Order not later than 27 February 2003, or within 6 weeks from the date of first publication of this notice if that period expires later, by notice to the Secretary of State at the offices of the Highways Agency, Operations Directorate, Heron House, 49-53 Goldington Road, Bedford MK40 3LL, quoting Ref HA 65/02/85 and stating the grounds of objection. In the preparation of an objection and the statement of grounds of objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of any objection or representation may be communicated to other people who may be affected by it.
