NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO STOP UP TO THE FRONT OF 25 TO 69 ULLSWATER AVENUE, ST HELENS

Notice is hereby given that St Helens Borough Council intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Court House, Corporation Street, St Helens on Wednesday 19 February 2003 at 2.15 pm for an Order under section 116 of the Highways Act, 1980, that the highways mentioned in the Schedule hereto be authorised to be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary. A plan showing the highways proposed to be stopped up may be inspected, free of charge, at my office at the Town Hall, St Helens during normal office hours. Any person to whom this notice has been given or who uses the said highway and any other person who would be aggrieved by the making of the said Order may attend and be heard on the application. Schedule (1) The highway to the front of 25 to 69 Ullswater Avenue, commencing at the southerly boundary of 25 Ullswater Avenue, in a north easterly direction, a distance of 100 metres to the easterly boundary of 69 Ullswater Avenue, of varying width minimum 0 metres, maximum 19 metres shown hatched on Plan No G10U. 15 January 2003.
