Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at BKR Haines Watts, Holbrook Court, Cumberland Business Centre, Northumberland Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO5 1DS, on Tuesday 18 February 2003, at 11.00 am, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding-up of the Company. Any person entitled to vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
