STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAY PART OF EVERSLEIGH ROAD, LONDON SW11

The Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth hereby give notice that they propose to make an Order, under section 247 of the above Act, to authorise the stopping-up of a part of the footway in front of 223 Eversleigh Road, London SW11.
If the Order is made, the stopping-up will be authorised only in order to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Adam Rattray by the London Borough of Wandsworth on 10 July 2002, under Ref 2002/2132.
Copies of the draft Order and relevant plan may be inspected, in office hours during 28 days commencing on 9 January 2003, at the offices of the London Borough of Wandsworth, The Concourse, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 or may be obtained, free of charge, from Engineering Services, Department of Technical Services, Wandsworth Borough Council, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU (quoting Ref LBWSU/02/4).
Any person may object to the making of the proposed Order, within the period of 28 days commencing on 9 January 2003, by notice to the Director of Technical Services, London Borough of Wandsworth, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18, quoting the above reference.
In preparing an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.
