THE HILLINGDON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 113) ORDER 2003
NOBEL DRIVE, HARLINGTON, YEADING LANE, HAYES, WESTHOLME GARDENS, RUISLIP
Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 3 January 2003 it made this Order which will impose waiting and loading restrictions and waiting restrictions on the lengths of roads as shown in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 17 January 2003 can be seen at West Drayton, Harlington, Ruislip and Yeading Libraries and at Level 3 reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours, for 6 weeks following the date on which this notice is published. A copy of the Order can be obtained from Environmental Services, telephone number 01895 277014. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made. R Willis, Corporate Director, Environmental Services Schedule Waiting and Loading prohibited at any time Nobel Drive, Harlington (a) The east to west arm (i) the north side, between a point 7 metres west of the eastern flank wall of Nos 28 to 33 Caroline Place and its junction with the eastern arm of Nobel Drive. (ii) the south side, between a point 6.5 metres east of a point opposite the western flank wall of Nos 1 to 6 Caroline Place and its junction with the eastern arm of Nobel Drive. (b) the eastern arm, between a point 10 metres north of the northern kerbline of Bath Road measured on the western side and its junction with the east to west arm of Nobel Drive, including all the carriageway, which is public highway, at the mini-roundabout at the junction of the two arms. Yeading Lane, Hayes 1. The south-east side, between a point 33 metres north of the northern kerbline of Dunedin Way and a point 1.5 metres south of the common boundary of Nos 248 and 250 Yeading Lane, Hayes. 2. The north-west side, between a point in line with the common boundary of No 1 Owen Road and No 1 Hughenden Gardens (the borough boundary) and a point 10 metres southwards. Waiting prohibited at any time Nobel Drive, Harlington (a) The western arm, the east side, between the most northerly car park entrance and its junction with the east to west arm. (b) The east to west arm (i) the north side, between its western extremity, that is public highway, and a point 7.5 metres east of the common boundary of Nos 1 to 6 and 7 to 12 Caroline Place. (ii) the south side, between its junction with the western arm of Nobel Drive and a point 2.5 metres east of a point opposite the western flank wall of Nos 22 to 30 David Close. (iii) the south side, between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 31 to 36 and 37 to 42 Nobel Drive and a point 21.5 metres eastwards. Waiting prohibited between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday Westholme Gardens, Ruislip The south-east side, between a point 15 metres north-east of its junction with Windmill Hill and a point opposite a point in line with the north-eastern flank wall of No 36 Westholme Gardens. 8 January 2003.
