CLOSE BROTHERS PRIVATE EQUITY (US) FUND VI
Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given
that on 19 December 2002 Access Capital Buy-Out II (Delaware) LP transferred to AC
II Buy-Out (Delaware) LLC £7.64 of its capital contribution held by it in Close Brothers
Private Equity (US) Fund VI, a limited partnership registered in England with No LP8021
and that with effect from such date AC II Buy-Out (Delaware) LLC became a limited
partner in the Partnership.
