Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Muras Baker Jones & Co, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton WV1 4EG, on 28 February 2003, at 10.00 am, to be followed at 10.15 am by a Final Meeting of Creditors. The purpose of the Meetings being to show how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidator, and determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidator shall be disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidator at Muras Baker Jones & Co, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton WV1 4EG, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding day.
