Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Nayland Partnership, North Wing, Warlies Park House, Horseshoe Hill, Upshire, Essex EN9 3SL, on 27 January 2003, at 10.00 am and 10.05 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. The Resolutions at the Meetings will include the sanctioning of the Liquidator’s remuneration. Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Members or Creditors wishing to vote at the Meetings must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the Nayland Partnership, North Wing, Warlies Park House, Horseshoe Hill, Upshire, Essex EN9 3SL, by 12.00 noon on the business day next before the day of the Meetings.
