Notice is hereby given that Nordea Bank Finland plc has with effect from 23 December 2002, withdrawn as a Limited Partner of Industri Kapital 2000 Limited Partnership IV, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP6443 (The “Partnership”), and assigned the whole of its interest in the Partnership, together with all rights and obligations attaching thereto, to Nordea Bank Danmark A/S, which has been admitted as a Limited Partner in the Partnership as of that date.
