At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 1 Gallery Court, 1-7 Pilgrimage Street, London SE1 4LL, on 2 December 2002, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that M S E Solomons be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” D Brett, Director
