NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT UNDER SCHEDULE 10

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995) that the following application (Ref 243/0977) has been made to the Environment Agency, North East Region. System Cycles Limited has applied for consent to discharge 9 cubic metres per day of biologically treated sewage from a package sewage treatment system at The Beeches Care Home, Kelloe, County Durham, to groundwater via soakaway at National Grid Ref NZ 3455 3665. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the Agency’s Northumbria Area Office, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle upon Tyne. Anyone who wishes to make representation about this application should do so in writing to the Environment Planning Manager, Environment Agency, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR, quoting Ref 243/0977, not later than 23 January 2003.
