ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE A585 TRUNK ROAD (KIRKHAM TO FLEETWOOD) (50 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2002

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under sections 84(1)(a) and (2) of, and paragraph 27(1) of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order which comes into force on Monday 16 December 2002, is as described in The London Gazette dated Friday 26 February 1999, Ref 872. A copy of the Order, and the relevant plan have been deposited at Kirkham Library, Station Road, Preston PR4 2DH, where they may be inspected during normal opening hours. A copy may also be seen at, or obtained by application to the office of the Director, The Highways Agency, Operations Division, Room 810, Sunley Tower, Piccadilly Plaza, Manchester M1 4BE, quoting Ref HA 28/015/012.
