The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-Up of Highways (County of West Yorkshire) (Bradford No 7) Order 2002” authorising the stopping-up of an area of highway verge at Salts Mill Road and Riverside Estate, Shipley, West Yorkshire. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for Yorkshire and the Humber, Regional Planning, Transport & Environment Team, PO Box 213, City House, New Station Street, Leeds LS1 4US (quoting YHDOT W4705/35/1/93) and may be inspected, at all reasonable hours, at the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Transportation and Traffic Department, 1 City Road, Bradford. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 11 December 2002, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
