(formerly the Non-League Paper Limited) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Wembley Conference Centre, on 20 November 2002, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Gareth Wyn Roberts, of Hurst Morrison Thomson, 5 Fairmile, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire RG9 2JR, and Adrian Richard Stanway of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” G Roberts
