Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that, with effect from 2 December 2002, GRE Nominees Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner in Industri Kapital 1997 Limited Partnership IV, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP005361 (the “Partnership”), and its entire interest in the Partnership (along with all rights and obligations attaching thereto) was assigned to AXA General Insurance Limited which became a Limited Partner in the Partnership as of that date.
