Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of THR, Charter House, 166 Garstang Road, Fulwood, Preston PR2 8NB, on Monday 13 January 2003, at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidator and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
