THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO 163) ORDER 2002

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing Council on 5 December 2002, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce loading restrictions applying at any time in Grove Road, Ealing. (a) on its east side, between a point 1.5 metres south of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 32 and 33 Grove Road and its northern extremity and (b) on its west side, between the northern extremity of Grove Road and a point 1.5 metres south of that extremity. 3. The Order, which will come into force on the 9 December 2002, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Monday to Fridays inclusive at Parkman Ltd., 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, until 20 January 2003. 4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 20 January 2003.
