NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Normanby Estate Farms, of Normanby Grange, Normanby, Scunthorpe DN15 9MT, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 4/29/06/*G/0035 which authorises the abstraction of water from Bagmoor Lake between National Grid Refs (A:) SE 9053 1635 and (B:) SE 9062 1652, at Bagmoor Lane, Bagmoor, Normanby. The variation being applied for is to increase abstraction of water for spray irrigation between April and September, from 51,400 to 121,353 cubic metres per annum and move Point A to SE 9059 1566. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Normanby Estate Office, Normanby, between 9 December 2002 and 10 January 2003. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Waterside House, Waterside North, Lincoln LN2 5HA, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
