Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, 1 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston PR1 8BU, on 21 January 2003, at 11.15 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up, hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators, and determining the Joint Liquidators’ release. A Creditor or Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor or Member.
