OCTAVE FOUR LIMITED

In accordance with Rule 4.106, I, M C Bowker, of Jacksons Jolliffe Cork, York House, 15 Clifford Street, York, YO1 9RG, was appointed Liquidator of the above Company on 22 November 2002. Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Liquidator on or before 23 December 2002. If so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, personally or by their Solicitors, Creditors must come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice.
