No 6911 of 2002 In the Matter of ACCIDENT CLAIMS ASSISTANCE (A Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership of Unit 2, Abercrombie Road, Britonwood Trading Estate, Knowsley, Merseyside, presented on 18 October 2002 by HM Customs and Excise, of Civil Recovery Unit, 3rd Floor, NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at Companies Court, Royal Courts of Justice, The Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 11 December 2002, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 10 December 2002.
