made on 28 October 2002, Joseph Beaumont Atkinson, who will retire as a Partner in
Deloitte & Touche on 30 November 2002, was removed as Office Holder in relation to
the cases listed below and Andrew Philip Peters, of Deloitte & Touche, Four Brindleyplace,
Birmingham B1 2HZ, was appointed Office Holder in his place, save in the matter of
Harmon/CFEM Facades (UK) Ltd. In the case of Harmon/CFEM Facades (UK) Ltd, Neil Tombs
and Andrew Menzies, both of Grant Thornton, Enterprise House, 115 Edmund Street, Birmingham
B3 2HJ, were appointed as Joint Liquidators in place of Joseph Beaumont Atkinson.
Any Creditors of the above Companies/Debtors may apply to the Court within 28 days
of the publication of this advertisement to vary or discharge the order. Any Creditor
