Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company intend to make a distribution to the Creditors of the Company within 4 months from 30 September 2002. Creditors are required to submit full details of their claims to the Liquidators at Moore Stephens, 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN, on or before 30 September 2002 which is the last day for proving claims. The full details of claims, referred to above, must include the Creditor’s name and address, the amount of the claim and particulars of how and when the debt was incurred by the Company. Notice is also given that the intended distribution is a Final distribution and will be made without regard to any claims not made by the last day for proving claims. All funds remaining in the Joint Liquidators’ hands following the Final distribution to Creditors shall be distributed to Shareholders absolutely.
