Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company’s Creditors will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly, Carlton House, Grammar School Street, Bradford BD1 4NS, on 25 September 2002, at 12.00 noon, for the purposes of approving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and agreeing that the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Baker Tilly, Carlton House, Grammar School Street, Bradford BD1 4NS, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding day.
